The Maintenance Asset dashboard provides an overview of all maintenance items configured for a selected asset. This page includes a table that lists the maintenance items configured for the asset, a trend chart that graphs maintenance items, and an audit log of maintenance item activity for the asset. The table of maintenance items shows details concerning the items configured for the asset and includes Actions that you can perform on the items. The audit log lists the changes made to maintenance items through the Actions in chronological order.
In the upper left corner (below the navigation path), the Location module displays the names of the Organization and Location associated with the asset in the Platform. You can navigate to the Axeda Configuration application to edit the Location information by clicking the Edit link in this module.
In the center of the Maintenance Asset dashboard is the same basic information about the asset as is displayed in the Asset dashboard of the Axeda® Service application. It includes the name of the asset, the serial number, model, asset groups, current asset condition (Status), the date that the Axeda Agent running on the asset registered with the Axeda® Platform, the version of the Axeda Gateway or Axeda Connector Agent running on the asset, the date and time that the Agent last contacted the Platform, the ping rate, and the time zone in which the asset is located (and its time zone offset).
From this page, you can view the details of the Maintenance Items for this asset and you can display the maintenance items in a trend chart to see if the usage is as expected, heavier, or lighter. Based on your observations, you may want to reset, extend, or override the current settings.
After changing settings, you can refresh this page by clicking the name of the asset in the upper left-hand corner. Keep in mind that you must have the appropriate privileges to see and use these actions. Contact your Platform administrator if you have questions about your privileges.
By default, the Trend Chart graphs the first maintenance item in the table. To view a trend chart of a maintenance item, click the Graph icon, , in the table for the maintenance item you want to graph. The trend chart graphs the selected maintenance item.
