This release of the Axeda Preventive Maintenance application does not support the Axeda® IDM Agents. For a description of the features that are supported, refer to Axeda® IDM Agents.
At the top of this home page are tools for searching for specific assets and the maintenance information stored for them in the Platform. There are two types of search filters: Simple and Advanced. Displayed by default, the Simple filters include the following items:
Passed By - Choose from All, Target, Reminder1, or Reminder2 to find assets that have passed their target maintenance date (or count) or reminder dates (or counts).
Name - Type part or all of an asset name for which you want to manage maintenance information. You can type a wildcard character in this field to find multiple assets with similar names.
Organization - Select the name of an organization for which you want to manage maintenance information from the list.
Location - Type part or all of the name of a location for which you want to manage maintenance information. You can use wildcard in this field to find multiple locations with similar names.
Click Advanced to display the additional filtering fields. To hide all the filters, click Close. In any of the Advanced fields, type or select the attributes associated with the assets you want to locate.
For example, select "ACMExyz" from the Organization simple filter. Alternatively, using the Advanced filter, you can type all or part of the ACME name in the Organization field. When you click Filter for either of these filter methods, all assets associated with the ACME co. organization are shown in the table. If you leave the search fields blank and click Filter, the Axeda® Platform lists all available maintenance information for all assets to which you have permissions. For more details, refer to Searching for assets from the Maintenance home page.
After filtering the list of assets in the table, you can select an asset to view more detailed information for it (depending on your privileges). When you select the asset, the Maintenance Asset dashboard appears.
o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).
o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.
o Use (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
