Viewing maintenance item details

To view current and historical information for maintenance items, display the Maintenance Asset dashboard for an asset in one of the following ways:

o        From the home page of the Maintenance application, search for and select the asset whose maintenance items you want to view. Selecting the asset in the search results displays the Maintenance Asset dashboard.

o        From the Asset dashboard in the Axeda® Service application or the Case Asset dashboard in the Axeda Case Management application, select Maintenance Asset Dashboard from the Jump to list.

The Table of Maintenance Items displays the following information for each Maintenance Item:

 

This column

Displays

Item Name

The name assigned to the Maintenance Item when it was created (using the Maintenance Item wizard in the Configuration application).

Current Value

The current value of the Maintenance Item counter.

Target (Count)

The counter value of the Maintenance Item that signals that the next service is required. By comparing this value to the current value of the Counter, you can see whether the asset is not yet due, due, or past due for maintenance.

Target (Date)

The date that the next service is required.

Count Reminder 1

The current Count settings for Reminder 1. For example, Before 200.

Count Reminder 2

The current Count settings for Reminder 2. For example, After 4500.

Time Reminder 1

The current Time settings for Reminder 1. For example, Before 2 days or a specific date

Time Reminder 2

The current Time settings for Reminder 2. For example, After 5 days, or a specific date.

Links that you can follow to Reset, Extend, or Override the current settings for the Maintenance Item.

An icon that will change the Trend Chart below to show the historical data for this maintenance item.

Below the table of maintenance items are the Trend Chart and the Audit Log for maintenance items. The Audit Log displays a list of the Actions (Reset, Extend, and Override) used for the maintenance items, in chronological order. The message in the Audit Log includes the name of the action and the name of the maintenance item; as appropriate to the Action, the message also includes the previous value, the current value, the previous date, and the current date.
