Viewing more table entries or pages

Note: This topic does NOT apply to the following pages, and other pages of a similar style: View and manage expression rules, View and manage state machines, and View and manage rule timers. The Items counter on pages with tables shows the total number of table entries and the range of table entries shown in the current page.

The Page counter shows the total number of pages in the table and the current page of table entries. By default, each page of a Long table shows up to 25 rows of table entries, and each table can contain no more than 250 rows. (The total number of rows per table is set by your Platform administrator).

You can click the navigational controls to view different pages of the tables. Note that these controls may differ in appearance and that they appear at the top of tables on some pages and below tables on other pages; no matter where or how the controls appear, they work the same way, as shown in the following figure:
