View asset groups for user group

This page shows all asset groups assigned to the user group selected in the View and remove user groups page. All users in the user group can view data from all assets in these asset groups, including adding or removing assets for the asset groups, and configuring rule and action assignments for the asset groups.

Procedures from this page

If the Administration application is configured to allow editing of user group information, you can edit asset groups for this user group. Otherwise, this is a view-only page.

To change the asset groups for this user group

The Axeda® Administration application shows the links that allow editing of user group information only if your Platform administrator enabled those links.

1. Click Modify Table.

2. When the Add and remove asset groups for user group page appears, review the asset groups currently assigned to this user group. As needed, use the tools in this page to add and remove asset groups for the user group.

Tips

o Select an option from the Jump To list to view or edit other information for this user group. For example, click "Edit User Assignments" to add or remove users for this user group. The Jump To options shown depend upon your security access and privileges in the Applications.

o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).

o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.

o Use $image\icon_refresh.gif$ (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
