The View and remove applications users page shows all users defined in the "ServiceLinkUsers" group (or other Platform users group, if the name of this default name for the group was changed), or all users shown based on the search filter. Users are listed in alphabetical order based on the user name as it is defined in the Platform.
If your organization is using Delegated Administration, then two directory services are in use, the primary directory service for the Platform and the Delegated Administration LDAP directory service for Delegated Admin users, Delegated Administrators, and DA user groups. All users for the Axeda® Platform must be defined in the ServiceLinkUsers group, either in the primary directory service or in the Delegated Administration directory service. Unless a search filter has been applied to this page, what you see in this page depends on the user name that you used to log in to the applications:

If you have privileges to view users in the primary directory service, you see all the users in the ServiceLinkUsers group in the primary directory service. If you have privileges to view Delegated Admin Units, you see the users in the ServiceLinkUsers group in the Delegated Administration directory service. The column, Delegated Admin Unit, displays the name of the DA Unit that the user belongs to. |

Under User Name, users are shown in alphabetical (ascending) order. You can change how the information in the table is sorted by clicking on a column heading.

From this page, you can search for specific users in the Axeda Platform, select to view more information for a user, and delete users.
o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).
o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.
o Use (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
