The Recent Actions page shows the status of all asset update actions, both completed and pending, for this asset. Asset update actions include actions defined in the Axeda® Configuration application as well as scripting and software management activities. Your Platform administrator determines and configures how many days an action remains in this module before it is removed, as well as whether or not the module refreshes automatically.
Note: This page does not list Deployed package statuses sent by the asset. Deployed package statuses must be viewed on the Package Deployment Manager page of the Software Management application.
The following information is shown for each action:
o Type of action icon.
o Summary - description of the action; for Download File actions, for example, this shows the name of the file to download.
o Date - date and time the action's status was last updated, or, for completed, actions, the date and time of completion.
o Status - status of the action. Includes statuses set as a result of Policy Server activity.
From this page, you can remove an action. You cannot remove pending actions. Actions are also removed from this module automatically based on the number of days specified by your Platform administrator.
1. First, click the Refresh icon below the table to ensure that the action statuses are up to date. (See the table Refresh tip at the bottom of this topic for more information.)
2. In the last column of the Recent Actions table, add a check mark to each action you want to remove. To remove all, click the check box at the top of the column.
3. Click Remove selected statuses. A message appears, prompting you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click OK.
The selected actions are removed from the Recent Actions module. Status information is not archived and should therefore be deleted carefully.
o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).
o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.
o Use (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
o Use the navigation path to return to a previous page.
o Select
an option from the Jump
to list to see more information or actions for the asset. If
the asset is muted,
you will be restricted to viewing only those pages that do not contain
functionality that will result in communications to the muted asset. If
the asset is unmuted, all pages to which you have privileges are available.
For example, click Available scripts
to see a list of all scripts registered for this asset as well as the
names of the script authors and descriptions of each script. The
options in this list vary from asset to asset.
