How do I get here?

The View TotalAccess servers page shows all TotalAccess Servers registered with this Platform.

Notes: The TotalAccess server is used by the Axeda® IDM Agents for remote sessions. The Axeda® Gateway and Axeda® Connector agents use the Global Access Server for remote sessions.

 If you cannot see the page, consult your Platform administrator.

The table shows the following information for each TotalAccess Server (TAS or HET):
 

o        Server Name - name of a TotalAccess Server.

o        State - the current status of the TotalAccess Server, which may be one of the following:

§         STARTING - The initialization process is in progress.

§         STARTED - The initialization process is complete.

§         STARTUP_ERROR - The initialization process failed.

§         ALIVE - The TotalAccess Server is operating normally.

§         STOPPING - The shutdown process has started.

§         STOPPED - The shutdown process is complete.

o        Last Update Time - the last date and time that information from this TotalAccess Server was updated.

o        Published Sessions - the number of connections that have been published and are in the state AVAILABLE .

o        Active Sessions - the number of connections that are in the state IN_SESSION for this TotalAccess Server; 0 indicates that no connections are currently active.

o        Actions - the Details link displays a separate window (TotalAccess Server Details) with additional information about the TotalAccess server.

Tips

o        The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).

o        Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.

o        Use (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
