Manage rule overrides

Shows all assets for which this rule is disabled or overridden.

o        Disabled rules - the Platform does not evaluate disabled rules

o        Overridden rules - the Platform calculates the rule using the overridden expression settings rather the expression settings defined for the rule during rule creation.

From the Axeda® Service application, you can disable rules for selected assets or modify the parameters for a data expression rule. These activities may have been done temporarily, to perform some quick diagnostics or to address a specific condition in the asset; however, the changes were saved to the Platform. After the conditions have passed and the diagnostics performed, you can re-enable the rules and remove rule overrides from this page, for selected assets.

The tables show the following information for the each asset for which the selected rule is overridden or disabled:

o        Name - of the asset for which the rule is currently disabled, or overridden from the Service application Asset dashboard.

o        Model - for the asset

o        Organization - associated with the asset

Note: If you need to update the Available and Selected lists with current Platform information, click image\icon_refresh.gif (Refresh link) next to the table controls (do NOT use your browser's Refresh tool).
