View data item groups for user group

Use the tools in this page to assign data item groups to the user group. The users defined in the selected user group will have access to the data items defined in the data item group.

Procedures from this page

If the Administration application is configured to allow editing of user group information, you can edit data item groups for this user group. Otherwise, this is a view-only page.

To change the data item groups assigned to this user group

The Administration application shows the links that allow editing of user group information only if the Platform administrator set it up to show those links.

1. Click Modify Table.

2. The Add and remove data item groups for user group page appears with a list of the data item groups currently assigned to this user group and a list of data item groups currently available for assignment to this user group. You can change the assignments here and save them.

Tips

o Select an option from the Jump To list to view or edit other information for this user group. For example, click "Edit User Assignments" to add or remove users for this user group. The Jump To options shown depend upon your security access and privileges in the Applications, and directory service support for modifications from the Applications.

o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).

o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.

o Use $image\icon_refresh.gif$ (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
