Saved Queries

Shows all saved queries available for selection and running. You can access this page from the Axeda® Service application, Data Export menu - Saved Queries.

The table shows the following information for each query:
 

o        Name - of the selection criteria query.

o        Description - (optional) for the selection criteria query.

o        Shared - Identifies if this query is shared for other Applications users (true) or available for running by the user who created the query (false).

Procedures from this page

From this page, you can select a data item export selection criteria to view or run, or remove existing data exports from the Platform.

How to select a saved data export

Select the name of the query you want to view, modify, or run.

The Data Export Query page appears with the information for that query. From that page you can run the query or change its properties.

How to remove a saved data export

Do one of the following:

§         Select the check box(es) for all queries you want to remove, click Remove Checked.

§         To remove all queries shown in the current page of the table, click the check box in the table header and then click Remove Checked.

Tips

• Use the navigation path to return to a previous page.

• Select an option from the Jump to list to see more information or actions for the asset. For example, click Available scripts to see a list of all scripts registered for this asset as well as the names of the script authors and descriptions of each script. The options in this list vary from asset to asset.

• Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table. Use (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Do NOT use your browser's Refresh tools.)
