Region wizard - Select sub-regions page

In this page, you can identify other defined regions that should be considered part of the current region definition, and you can remove regions from that list.

Note: If you need to update the Available and Selected lists with current Platform information, click image\icon_refresh.gif (Refresh link) next to the table controls (do NOT use your browser's Refresh tool).

How to add and remove sub-regions for this region

1.       Do one of the following to add sub-regions to this region.

§         In the Unassigned regions table, select the check box(es) for all the sub-regions you want to add to this region and click Add Checked.

§         To add all sub-regions shown in the current page of the table, click the check box in the table header and then click Add Checked.

§         To add all sub-regions in the Unassigned regions table, click Add All. If there are multiple pages in the table, all sub-regions from all pages are added.

The Sub-regions table shows all sub-regions you added.

2.       Do one of the following to remove sub-regions from the region:

§         In the Sub-regions table, select the check box(es) for all the sub-regions you want to remove from this region and click Remove Checked.

§         To add remove all sub-regions shown in the current page of the table, click the check box in the table header and then click Remove Checked.

§         To remove all sub-regions in the Sub-regions table, click Remove All. If there are multiple pages in the table, all sub-regions from all pages are removed.

The Unassigned regions table shows all sub-regions you removed.

 

When you are finished, click Next to configure or view the locations for this region, or click Finish if you are done modifying the region. If you click Cancel and continue canceling, all information configured in this wizard is removed and the View and manage regions page appears.

Tips

o        The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).

o        Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.

o        Use image\icon_refresh.gif (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
