Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)The Notes page shows all notes currently defined for this asset, listed in the order in which they were created. For each note the following information appears:
Date - date on which the note was created for the asset.
Author - name of the Platform Applications user who entered the note.
Note - contents of the note; for example, explanation of work performed on the asset or diagnosis of asset condition.
From this page, you can remove one or more notes for this asset.
1. To remove a single note for this asset, select the check box for that note and click Remove Selected Notes.
2. To remove all notes from the server for this asset, select the check box in the table header and click Remove Selected Notes.
o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).
o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.

o Select an option from the Jump to list to see more information or actions for the asset. For example, click "Available Scripts" to see a list of all scripts registered for this asset as well as the names of the script authors and descriptions of each script. The options in this list vary from asset to asset, and based on your user group privileges.
