Configure actions

1.       Click Filters to show the filter boxes, if shown. (If Filters link is not shown, then skip to step 2.)

2.       To view all actions to which you have privileges and based on your user group (for actions restricted to selected user groups), click the Filter button without typing any search values.

Otherwise, to narrow your search, do the following.

a.       In the box above the Name column, type all or part of the name of the action(s) you want to find.

b.       In the box above the Models column, select the model you want to find.

c.       Click Filter.

To start your search again, first click Clear. This will remove any selected filters and show all actions to which you have privileges and based on your user group.

The Axeda® Platform finds all defined actions that contain the search value(s) defined and shows those actions in this table.

 

Click the action name shown in the table.

The Platform  locates the information configured for the action and shows the results in the action wizard. You can add or change the information shown for the selected action.

 

Click Create action (below the table).

The Action wizard appears for configuration of the new action.

 

1.       Select the right-most check box(es) for the action(s) you want to remove. To remove all actions shown in this page (not the entire table), select the check box in the table heading.

2.       Click Delete selected actions (below the table). A message appears prompting you to confirm that you want to permanently remove these actions.

3.       Click OK. The rules are removed from the table and Platform.
