Report Administration

Use the Report Administration tools to configure Axeda Report and Axeda Dashboard users and their abilities within those applications. Also, from Report Administration you manage report, content, and portal configuration.

The table in this page shows all reports configured for this Platform; not all reports are accessible by all users. The ability for a user to see reports configured in the server depends on the privileges of that user, as well as whether the report was created in a folder to which you have access. (All users who have privileges to Axeda Report have their own Private folder for reports. Only those users or administrators can access reports in those folders. In addition, the Public folder contains reports that are available to all users who have privileges to Axeda Report.)

From this page, you can configure the report user groups for selected reports, delete selected reports, and use the Report administration tools. Click the title of a procedure to display it; click the title again to hide the procedure:

Tips

o        The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).

o        Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.

o        Use image\icon_refresh.gif (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
