Named Users for Query Studio

Shows the named users configured for Query Studio. Only named users can create or modify Ad Hoc reports.

Use the tools in this page to manage the Query Studio named users for the server. Above the table, the page identifies the number of Query Studio named users supported for this server, based on the Platform's license.

From this page, you can manage named users for Query Studio. Refer to the information above the table to determine the total number of named users that you can configure for this Platform.

How to add users as named users

Do one of the following:

1. From the Unassigned Users table, select the users to add to the list of named users for Query Studio. To add all users shown in the current page of the table as named users, select the check box in the table header.

2. Click Add Checked. Selected users appear in the Assigned Users table.
   
   Or
   
   Select Add All to add all users shown in the Unassigned Users table to the Assigned Users.

How to remove users from the associated named users list

Do one of the following:

1. From the Assigned Users table, select the users to remove from the list of named users for Query Studio. To remove all users shown in the current page of the table from the list of named users, select the check box in the table header.

2. Click Remove Checked. Removed users appear in the Unassigned Users table.
   
   Or
   
   Select Remove All to remove all users currently defined as named users.

3. When you are finished adding or removing users as named users, click Save Changes below the tables. The Report Administration page appears.
