The System Configuration page shows Axeda® Enterprise Server configuration property values saved in the DRMConfig.properties file by your Platform administrator. The configuration properties are read-only, and must be modified directly in the DRMConfig.properties file by a Platform administrator. Note that the DRMConfigInfo.properties file determines which properties are visible in this page.
Refer to the "Axeda Enterprise Server DRMConfig.Properties" (PDF) reference for the properties and their descriptions. (You need Adobe Reader installed to view this reference. You can download it for free from http://www.adobe.com. Only the properties configured to be shown in the Administration application by default are described in the PDF reference.
The system configuration properties table shows the following:
o Property Name - Name of the property.
o Value - Value set for the related property.
You can sort the information in the columns, and you can search the table for data.
1. Click Filters to show the filter boxes if they are not already shown. (When you first open the System Configuration page, the filter boxes are shown.)
2. To find system configuration properties, type all or part of a property name. For example, type "remote" to find the property names for all properties that start with the word "remote".
3. Click Filter. The Enterprise server finds all server properties for the defined search value(s).
o The maximum number of rows supported for returning Platform search results for this type of table is defined in your user preferences, Items Per Page setting (Long table or Short table).
o Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table.
o Use (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Browser Refresh tools do not update the table.)
