Available as long as your company has purchased the separate license for the Case application, the Case module lists the cases that have been opened for this asset but not yet closed. Cases are listed in descending order of creation, with the most recently opened cases shown first.
This module shows the name of the case, and the current status, priority, and the reason for the case. You can select the case name to view the details for the case.
To create a case for this asset, select Create.
To view all cases for this asset, select View all.

All to view cases.
