Troubleshooting Axeda® Access sessions

Also check the tables of error messages that may be shown in the Axeda® Connected Product Management Applications to identify problems during desktop sharing or session connections.

o        Cannot start Access Viewer on browser computer

o        Access Viewer computer cannot access Enterprise Server

o        Access Viewer computer cannot connect to a shared Access Remote desktop

o        Access Viewer window does not accurately reflect Access Remote desktop

o        Connection closes unexpectedly

o        Slow dial-up connections

o        Remote Application Session not connecting after specifying range of ports - If you experience this problem, it may be because the Java cache was not cleared. Refer to the topic, Clearing the Java Plug-in Cache, for more information.
