System Configuration

o Axeda Access - includes the Access Application, the Remote Sessions list and page in the Axeda® Service Application, and the Remote Sessions link in the Administration Application.

o Axeda Remote Web Admin - ability for named users to manage report users and update the server with new report packages. By default, this is limited to one named user.

o Axeda Remote Desktop - ability to connect to remote desktop sessions.

o Axeda Case Management - includes the Case application and all the case and partner functionality in the Axeda® Connected Product Management Applications (including the Case module in the Service application; ability to create and view partners and partner login sessions in the Administration application; the ability to create Case rules; the ability to send notifications to case owners or partners.

o Axeda ConnectedConfiguration - ability for the Axeda Platform to be used as the "system of record" for asset configuration information. Each time an asset's configuration changes, the new configuration can be sent to the Axeda Platform for validation, rule execution, and storage. See Axeda ConnectedConfiguration.

o Axeda Report Studio limitation - ability for named users to create and edit reports in Report Studio; includes ability to see New menu - Report selection in Axeda Report application. By default this is limited to 2 named users.

o Axeda Report - includes the Report application, and all Report-related functionality in the applications, including viewing reports, creating new reports, administering reports, and so forth.

o Axeda Service - includes the Service application, and all Service-related information in the Home page (including the ability to search and view recent assets).

o Axeda Software Management - includes the Software Management application's package management and package deployment features and Configuration application actions for software management.

o Axeda Remote Browser - ability to connect to remote browser sessions.

o Axeda Preventive Maintenance - includes the Preventive Maintenance application features.

o Axeda Usage - include the Usage application, Set Usage Item action from the Configuration application, any usage-related information in the Home page, the ability of the server to process raw data (a scheduled task), and the entire Usage rules engine

o Axeda Remote Application - ability to connect to remote application sessions.

o Axeda Gateway Assets - specifies the number of Gateways that can be managed by this Platform. Value is "Unlimited" (no limit) or a specific number. This limitation controls the number of Gateway-type assets that can be defined in the Platform.

If a maximum value is defined here, there may be warning and cutoff values defined as well. The Platform automatically calculates the warning value by subtracting 10% of the total gateway assets value. When the warning or cutoff values are reached, messages are displayed to the Web server console and e-mails are sent to the Platform administrator.

o Axeda Remote Terminal - ability to connect to remote terminal (interface) sessions.

o Axeda Query Studio limitation - ability for named users to create and edit ad hoc query reports in Query Studio; includes ability to see New menu - Ad hoc Query selection in Axeda Report application. By default, this is limited to 2 named users.

o Axeda Dashboard - includes the Dashboard application, and all Dashboard-related functionality in the applications, including viewing dashboards, creating new dashboards, and so forth.

o Axeda Managed Assets - specifies the number of managed assets that can be managed by this Platform. The value is "Unlimited" (no limit) or a specific number. This value controls the number of assets that can be defined in the Platform.

Name	Description and values
License File Version	Version of the license installed on this Platform, for example 1.0.
Licensee	Name of the individual or group who owns this Platform license.
Warning Date	Date when a WARNING message is displayed to the Web server console and an e-mail message is sent to the Platform administrator (as specified by the Platform administrator), warning that the license will soon expire and displaying the license expiration date. This date is optional and if blank, a warning date is not defined. If defined, this date will be 30 days prior to the Expiration Date, if that is defined.
Expiration Date	Date when the Platform license expires. A date may or may not be defined. When the license expires, a FATAL message is displayed to the Web server console and an e-mail message is sent to the Platform administrator (as specified by the Platform administrator). When the license expires, the server will stop immediately, if applicable, and not start up again.
