Requested File Upload Statuses

Requested file uploads can have one of the following statuses. When filtering the list of requested file uploads, you have the option of filtering by status so that only uploads with a selected status appear.

o        Canceled - The request has been canceled. If it has already been sent to the asset but not started, the agent has removed it from the queue.

o        Cancel Pending - A command to cancel the file upload request has been issued; the agent has yet to cancel the request.

o        Complete - The agent successfully completed the upload request.

o        Dependency Failed - A dependency

o        Error - The agent encountered an error while processing the request and is no longer processing it. That error text is visible in the lower half of this page. To see it, click the name in the Requested Files list. When the Assets tab appears, the Status column contains the text of the error message from the agent. See also Error Messages.

o        Missing - The asset is no longer pinging the Platform. The upload request could not be fulfilled. To check for more information about the asset, use the Axeda® Service application home page, Missing module.

o        Pending - The request has not been sent to the asset.

o        Pending Ask - The agent is awaiting permission from its Axeda Policy Server before it will execute the file upload request.

o        Permission Denied - The Axeda Policy Server for the agent has denied permission for agent to execute the file upload request.

o        Queued - The request has been sent to the asset; because it is scheduled for a later time, the agent has placed it in the queue.

o        Rollback Failed - The attempt to rollback the file upload request failed. The error code is included to identify the reason for the failure.

o        Rollback Successful - The attempt to rollback the file upload request succeeded.

o        Rolling Back - The file upload request is being rolled back.

o        Stalled - The file upload request has been stalled.

o        Started - The request has been sent to the asset and the agent has started to process it.

o        Timed out - The file upload request has not been processed within the allotted time and the agent has stopped the upload request.
