Model Wizard - TotalAccess Connection Bindings step

1.       From the list of configured connection types, select the name of the connection type to use. (Connection types are configured using the page, Manage TotalAccess Connection Types, in the Axeda® Administration application.)

2.       From the list, select the Initiate property name. The Initiate property is used to request the Axeda IDM Agent to publish the asset's connection to the TotalAccess server. If the connection type uses the OnDemand feature, the request of the Initiate property happens automatically.

3.       From the list, select the State property name. The State property is used to show the state of the connection at the time the property was received at the asset.

4.       Click Add. The new connection type appears in the table, in alphanumeric order.

5.       Repeat these steps to create additional connection types.

 

1.       In the table, select the name of the connection type whose binding you want to modify. The properties for that connection binding appear above the table.

2.       Make your changes.

3.       Click Modify.

 

1.       To remove a connection binding, select the check box for the connection type and click Remove checked. To remove all connection bindings shown in this page (not the entire table), click the check box in the table heading and click Remove checked.  A message appears prompting you to confirm the deletion.

2.       Click OK in the warning message. The connection binding(s) are removed from the model and no longer appear in the table.
