You can use this page to update the poll rate for the asset selected in the Manage Remote Hosts page, and to add or edit comments for that asset.

To update the poll rate

In the Poll Rate box, type a new poll rate for the asset running an Axeda desktop-sharing server, and click Submit.

The next time the asset contacts the Axeda® Platform, it receives this new poll rate, which immediately changes the frequency with which the asset contacts the Platform for Access activities.

To add and edit comments for assets configured for unattended operation

In the Comments box, add or edit comments for the asset, and then click Submit. Comments appear on the Manage Remote Hosts page.
