The Upload Requests pages displays a summary of the requested file uploads, including the following information:
o Requested Files - lists the files that were requested
o Requested Date - shows the date and time that the upload request was created
o Requested By - shows the login name of the user who created the upload request
o Status - shows the current status of the request as one of the following: Queued, Stalled, Started, Complete, Error, Canceled, Timed Out, Pending, Missing, Rolling Back, Rollback Failed, Rollback Successful, Dependency Failed, Cancel Pending, Pending Ask, Permission Denied, (See status definitions for upload requests.)
From this page, you can filter the list of requested file uploads; view details for an upload request; retry an upload request; remove upload requests.
1. Click Filters to show the filter boxes, if not shown.
2. To view all requested file uploads, click Filter without typing any search values.
3. To perform a search of the server, do one or more of the following and then click Filter:
§ In the box above the Requested Files column, type all or part of the name of the file(s) you want to include in the list.
§ In the box above the Requested By column, select the user who requested the file upload(s) that you want to include in the search.
§ In the box above the Status column, select the status to include in the search.
The Axeda® Platform finds all requested file uploads defined in the Platform that contain the search value(s) defined and shows only those uploads in this table.
Click the name in the Request Files column. The Assets tab appears in the lower half of this page.
This tab shows the name of the asset, the status of the file transfer, its completion time, and a possible action (Retry).
If the status of the upload is Error, the Status column displays the text of the error message returned by the agent.
Click the name in the Requested Files column. The Assets tab appears in the lower half of the page.
In the Action column of the Assets tab, click Retry.
Select the check box of the upload request(s) you want to remove. To select all upload requests in the table, select the check box in the column heading.
Select Remove Checked. To remove all upload requests shown, select the checkbox in the table header and select Remove Checked. Repeat this process for each page in your table.
