In the Case application, Case Search page, you can customize the search results table by specifying which values you want to view in the table. (Note that the ability to customize the search results table is restricted by your user group privileges.)
When you select Column Display Settings in the Case Search page, you see two lists: one showing all columns (or values) available and not yet selected for display in the table, and one showing all values currently selected for display.
The possible values to show in the Search Results table are as follows (in alphabetical order):
o Age - Server-calculated value; identifies the number of days since the case was opened (irrespective of case status).
o Case number (server generated value)
o Case Owner (required value for cases)
o Close Date, if any
o Ticket Number, if any
o Asset - name of the asset for this case (required value for cases)
o Gateway - name of the Axeda Gateway for which this case was created, if any
o Location - associated with the asset
o Description - specified for the case, if any
o Model - model of the asset for this case
o Organization - associated with the asset for this case
o Partner - assigned to the case
o Priority - defined for the case (required value for cases)
o Reason - defined for the case (required value for cases)
o Region - associated with the asset for this case, if any
o Resolution - specified for the case, if any
o Serial Number - serial number of the asset for this case (required value for cases)
o Status - of the case (required value for cases)
o System - associated with the asset for this case, if any
o Title - title defined for the case, if any
o Location - associated with the asset for this case
