Assign scripts to timer

Select the scripts to which this timer will be assigned, which results in a dynamic timer that will run on the related asset and initiate the related scripts. The Available Scripts table shows all scripts configured for this asset and not yet assigned to this timer. The Selected Scripts table shows all scripts assigned to the timer.

1.       Do one of the following to assign scripts to the timer:

§         In the Available Scripts table, select the check box(es) for all the scripts you want to add to this timer and click Add checked.

§         To add all scripts shown in the current page of the table, click the check box in the table header and then click Add checked.

§         To add all scripts in the Available Scripts table, click Add all. If there are multiple pages in the table, all scripts from all pages are added.

The Selected Scripts table shows all scripts you added.

2.       Do one of the following to remove scripts from the timer:

§         In the Selected Scripts table, select the check box(es) for all the scripts you want to remove from this timer and click Remove checked.

§         To add remove all scripts shown in the current page of the table, click the check box in the table header and then click Remove checked.

§         To remove all scripts in the Selected Scripts table, click Remove all. If there are multiple pages in the table, all scripts from all pages are removed.

The Available Scripts table shows all scripts you removed.

3.       If you are finished adding or removing scripts for this timer, click Finish below the tables.

If you want to cancel any changes made to this page without saving, click Cancel.

In the Timers table, the scripts added to the timer are shown with image\script_waitingregistericon.gif. When they are registered on the asset, the icon is removed.

Tip

Use the table navigation tools to view different pages and information in the table. Use image\icon_refresh.gif (Refresh link) beside the table navigation tools to refresh the page with the latest Platform results. (Do NOT use your browser's Refresh tools.)
