The View and manage asset alarm definition overrides page displays the names of the assets for which a Service Technician has overridden the current initial disposition of an alarm definition. This override is performed using the Alarm Definitions page for the asset in the Axeda® Service application. From this page, you can remove the overrides.
The line below the heading identifies the name of the alarm definition that has been overridden and the model for the asset where the initial disposition of the alarm has been overridden.
For each asset, the following information is displayed:
o Asset Name - the name assigned to the asset in the Platform.
o Alarm Disposition - the disposition of the alarm at the asset level. For example, if the disposition of the alarm at the model level is Enabled (not suppressed) and the Service Technician wanted to suspend the processing of alarms while performing routine maintenance by suppressing the alarm, this field would show Suppressed.
1. Locate the name of the asset for which you want to remove the override.
2. Select the check box for that asset in the last column of the table.
3. Click Remove Override.
4. When prompted, confirm the deletion of the override by clicking OK. To keep the override, click Cancel.
