The Session Status page displays information for all shared desktop sessions created through the Axeda® Access application. Some sessions may be actively connected while others are waiting for connection, and so on.
The Active Sessions table shows the following:
o Session ID - generated by the Axeda® Platform for the session
o Status - current status of the Access session, such as "Waiting" (for a connection) or "Connected"
o Created By - user name of the user who requested to create the Access session
o Server Name - name of the Access Remote computer ( unattended operation) or "Not Used" ( attended operation)
o Server ID - unique ID assigned by the Platform (unattended operation) or "Not Used" (attended operation)
o Date - date and time when the session was created. (The format for this date and time is specified in the user preferences settings.)
Note: For unattended operation, the server name and ID information come from the Platform's table of assets configured for unattended operation. For attended sessions, that table is not referenced. As a result, the server name and ID appear as "Not Used" for attended sessions.
