Troubleshooting browser problems

You probably use your browser for other applications, and in doing so, find that something in the Axeda® Connected Product Management Applications or help does not display correctly anymore. Perhaps another application changed the browser settings automatically. This topic explains the settings that will provide the best performance of Axeda Applications and online help.

Important! The following pages were created with Adobe® Flash®: View and manage expression rules, Configure the expression rule, Apply expression rule, View and manage state machines, Configure the state machine, Apply state machine, View and manage rule timers, and Configure the rule timer. When you first enter these pages, the browser may momentarily turn gray before displaying the page. In addition, the Back button of your browser will return you to the page you were in before you displayed any Adobe Flash page. For example, you select the Configuration tab and the View and manage assets page is displayed. Next, you select View > Models, then View > Expression Rules, and finally you select the name of an expression rule to edit. From the Configure the expression rule page, you decide you want to return to the View and manage expression rules page. If you click the Back button of your browser, you do NOT return to the View and manage expression rules page; instead you return to the View and manage models page. To return from the Configure the expression rule page to the View and manage expression rules page, click the Cancel button in the Configure page.
