Select the filter items by which you want to limit the data shown. Only the database information to which you have access is shown. Values for items with "*" are required.

1.       By Usage Item - select the usage item(s) for which you want to view usage data.

2.       By Organization - select the organization for which you want to view usage data.

§         By Location - for the related organization, select the location for the usage item to view. If blank, data for all locations for this organization is shown.

3.       By Model - select the model for which you want to view usage data.

§         By Asset Group - for the related model, select the asset group for the usage data to view. If blank, data for all asset groups for these models is shown.

4.       Logical Date Range - define the dates and intervals for which you want to see usage data.

§         Logical Date Range - the date range relative to when the search is selected for viewing. For example, a Current Week search will include all usage data for the current week (Sunday - present day);a Last Week search will include all usage data for the entire previous week (Sunday - Saturday).

§         Custom Range - use this selection to create a custom range for this search, using a combination of the Start and End dates and Interval. Those selections will be saved with the search and applied when the search is run.

Notes: When a search with a Logical Date Range other than Custom Range is run, the data returned is based on a search run for the current date. For example, a current month range search created in October and run in April will return data from April (the actual current month).

When a search configured with a custom range is run, the actual start and end dates and interval selections are applied as defined.

§         Start Date - the beginning date for the data you want to view. By default, this shows the first day of the current month.

§         End Date - the end date for the data you want to view. By default this shows the current date.

§         Interval - select the "time-slices" of data you want to view. This affects how the search results table shows the usage data. For example, for a Daily interval selection, the total usage is calculated and shown for each day, for each asset; for a "Weekly" selection, the results table shows total usage for each asset for each week of the data shown.

If left blank, the total usage is calculated for the entire time range of the results set.
