Choose Rule Assets: <rule name>

Shows the asset groups to which this rule is applied (Included Assets), and those asset groups to excluded from this rule (Excluded Assets). Keep in mind that the Excluded list is the list that determines to which assets the rule is applied. If you select an asset to be included but do not exclude any assets or asset groups, all assets are included.

1.       Include assets in this rule, if necessary.

a.       From the Available Assets list, select the assets to which this rule applies.

b.       Click beside the Included Assets list.

2.        Exclude assets from this rule, if necessary.

a.       From the Available Assets list, select the assets to which this rule will not apply.

b.       Click beside the Excluded Assets list.

3.       Remove included assets from this rule, if necessary.

a.       From the Included Assets list, select the assets to which this rule will not apply.

b.       Click beside the Included Assets list.

4.        Remove assets excluded from this rule, if necessary

a.       From the Excluded Assets list, select the assets that are not excluded from this rule.

b.       Click beside the Excluded Assets list.

Note: If you want to now include these asset groups in the rule, you need to add the from the Available Assets list to the Included Assets list.

5.       Click Next to move to the Confirm Rule step.
