In a Platform that contains many state machines, it can be time-consuming to locate a particular state machine by sorting the table, even with the multiple column sort. If you want to see only state machines that begin with a certain sequence of characters or end with a certain sequence of characters, use the Filter tool at the top of the View and manage state machines page.
1. Click the arrow to display the Filter area of the page.
2. Specify your search criteria, using the following fields:
§ State Machine -- Type all or part of the name of the state machine you want to find. You can use the asterisk wildcard character (*) for single or multiple characters.
§ Enabled -- From the list, select either true or false to find either all the state machines currently enabled (true) or all the state machines currently disabled (false).
§ Description -- Type some or all of the characters used in the description of the state machine(s) you want to find. You can use the asterisk wildcard character (*) in this field.
3. When ready, click Filter. When the table refreshes, it displays all state machines that match your search criteria.
Important! It is possible for another user to make changes to state machines while you are viewing them and therefore, the table may not be displaying the most up-to-date information. At any time, you can refresh the table from the Platform by clicking Clear in the Filter area.
