If you do not have privileges to modify models, the Review model configuration page appears when you select the name of a model in the View and manage models page of the Configuration application. This page displays the configuration information for a selected model. The page is divided into sections, one for basic Model information and additional sections for the Properties, Parameters, and Data Items defined for a model.
The basic Model section includes the following information:
o Name - the name of the model as created in the Platform.
o Model Number - the number of the model. The name and number can be the same.
o Description - any user-entered text that describes the model.
o Type - the type selected for the model when it was added to the Platform: Standalone, Managed (an asset is managed by an Axeda Gateway), or Gateway
o Profile - the model profile associated with this model (wireless assets only).
o Default Asset Group - the default Model Asset Group created in the Platform when this model was created.
The Properties section shows the names of the properties configured for the model. The Parameters sections shows the names of the parameters and their data type for the model. The Data Items section shows the names of data items, their data type, and attributes.
