If you want to connect to Remote Desktop remote sessions with an Agent, you use the Axeda® Desktop Viewer tool.
When you select to download Axeda Desktop Viewer from the Asset dashboard, the File Download dialog box appears. You can select to save the Desktop Viewer application to your local computer or to run it directly from the Axeda® Service application (the application is not installed locally in this case).
Note: To use this link, the Axeda® Platform must be configured with Desktop Viewer. If it is not, an error page is displayed. Contact your Axeda Platform administrator.
