Action wizard - User groups that handle edit permissions for action

In this page, you can select user groups whose users have permission to edit this action.

Note: If you need to update the Available and Selected lists with current Platform information, click $image\icon_refresh.gif$ (Refresh link) next to the table controls (do NOT use your browser's Refresh tool).

To filter the list of user groups

1. Click Filters to show the filter boxes, if shown. (If Filters link is not shown, then skip to step 2.)

2. To view all user groups to which you have privileges and based on your user group (for actions restricted to selected user groups), click the Filter button without typing any search values.

Otherwise, to narrow your search, do the following:

a. In the box above the Name column, type all or part of the name of the user group(s) you want to find.

b. Click Filter.

To select user groups for this action

1. In the table of Available User Groups, select the check box of the user groups whose users can edit this action. To select all user groups in the table, select the check box in the column heading.

2. Click Add Checked. (To select all user groups to which you have privileges, click Add All.)

To remove user groups for this action

1. In the table of Selected User Groups, select the check box of the user group(s) whose users cannot edit this action. To select all user groups in the table, select the check box in the column heading.

2. Click Remove Checked. (To remove all user groups shown, click Remove All.)
