Axeda® Access sessions: controlled by remote asset

To create an Access session to a remote desktop, you need help in making the connection by an operator at the Axeda desktop-sharing server computer (attended operation) or the Axeda® Platform server application must have been explicitly configured to allow an Access session to start without local operator intervention (unattended operation).

During a shared session, you cannot change the properties and settings of the desktop server, and you are limited to using only the desktop tools permitted by the server configuration.

The operator at the server computer can end the session at any time.
